If you are trying to get a ID to vote the easies way I know to get one from the DMV is by doing the following.
First have a short form birth certificate if you do not have one visit your local health department and get one. The cost is $12.00
Second with the original birth certificate and two bills from your local address head to DMV this is the easiest way I know to get one. I had to do this last month so my daughter could get her ID and this was done at the Darlington SC DMV on Hwy 151.
